Thank you in advance for allowing Party Favours Events to plan your event.
Effective immediately, PFE will no longer decorate or use balloons for outdoor events, due to unpredictable weather. Please ensure all events booked are in a venue or completely covered space. However, PFE will continue to plan outdoor events such as field days and company picnics.
*All bookings require a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of 50%. The remaining balance will be due two weeks before the event. Failure to pay the remaining balance by the two week deadline will result in event cancellation.
*Any event booked less than two weeks in advance requires a non-negotiable $150 rush fee. This fee will cover all late fees charged by dessert and personalized item vendors. If your event is less than 2 weeks away from your booking date, please pay 100% of your balance and add the late fee under "add-ons".
*If you are booking an event the same week as the event date please book a consultation first to ensure availability. Be sure to mention that you are requesting to book the same week that the event is being held in the “notes for event planner” space.
Please note: All add on items are for a quantity of 1. If you are in need of multiple add on items please include that in the "notes for event planner" space and a separate invoice will be sent for those items.
Upon booking, an invoice will be sent within 48 hours.
